Taiwan’s first reluctance motor without magnetic assistance. The absence of rare earth magnets results in a higher cost-performance ratio. Its efficiency is higher than that of induction motors, and maintenance and upkeep are the same as for induction motors. The low-speed, high-torque characteristics of the reluctance motor are suitable for high-load fluid machinery applications or resistance during start-up.
