Leading TECO’s Southeast Asia Growth Strategy

J.Y. Ling is President of the Southeast Asia Region at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd., overseeing strategic growth, operational transformation, and regional integration across Southeast Asia and India. Appointed by the Board, he drives cross-border collaboration, regional talent development, and TECO’s expansion in renewable energy, smart infrastructure, utilities, and data centres.

With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in industrial automation, energy, and infrastructure, Mr. Ling has held key roles at ABB, Siemens, and Yokogawa, leading multi-country P&L operations, global engineering hubs, and digital and IIoT initiatives across multiple industries. Renowned for his cross-cultural leadership, he works closely with TECO’s global executive team to advance international growth and long-term value creation.

Mr. Ling holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. He is based in Singapore and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Pan Chih Hung

Mr. Pan Chih Hung is the Managing Director of TECO Vietnam and a graduate of the Department of Economics at Chinese Culture University. He joined TECO Electric & Machinery in 1997 and was assigned to China from 2000 to 2014, where he was responsible for market development, sales, and operational management, before serving as Chief Sales Advisor for WEG Motor in China from 2016 to 2025. With a service-oriented mindset, strong performance focus, and a deep belief in teamwork, he excels at integrating group resources and formulating long-term, sustainable growth strategies, consistently leading teams to achieve continuous growth in fast-changing and highly competitive markets.

Anthony Go is the Managing Director of TECO Indonesia, a leading electrical motor and drive company, a role he has held since 1997. He graduated from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, in 1983 and earned an MBA from LPPM Jakarta in 1991. He began his career at Indocement, where he worked in the Engineering and Project Division from 1983 to 1991. He joined TECO Indonesia in 1993, progressing from Factory Manager to Deputy General Manager in 1994, before being appointed Managing Director.
