Our Heritage and Global Expertise
Taian Philippines traces its roots to Taian Electric Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese industry leader known for its magnetic starters, circuit breakers, power distribution switchgears, programmable controllers, and inverters. Over the years, Taian has evolved from manual operations to fully computerized processes, achieving excellence in production, quality control, and management. Its philosophy of steady and practical management, safety, and automation has earned recognition both locally and internationally.
Leveraging this strong foundation, Taian Philippines was established as TAIAN (SUBIC) ELECTRIC, INC., a joint venture between Taian Electric Co., Ltd. of Taiwan and Yaskawa Electric Manufacturing Company, Ltd. of Japan. The company focuses on the production of key components such as magnetic switches, magnetic starters, circuit breakers, variable frequency inverters, and motors, as well as their marketing, sales, and servicing.
Our Facility in Subic Bay
Established on March 31, 1997, with plant operations beginning on October 1, 1997, Taian Philippines’ factory is located in Phase 1, Subic Bay Industrial Park, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, SBMA. The facility covers a land area of 37,181 square meters, with a building area of 5,760 square meters and production area of 4,320 square meters.
Our operations are guided by a philosophy symbolized in our logo: the triangular shape represents steadiness, persistence, and moral excellence, while the revolving circle inside the triangle signifies continuous motion, reflecting our commitment to growth, perfection, and the principles of self-motivation, duty, and social responsibility.
