T Power Plus & T Power Pro High-Power/High-Torque Electric Bus Power Solution

TECO has established dedicated production lines for vehicle motors and drives in Taiwan, Mexico, and India, leveraging automation, smart manufacturing, and supply chain advantages to expand global market share.

TECO In-house develops, designs, and manufactures vehicle-grade permanent magnet synchronous motors and SiC module high-power direct-drive EV powertrain systems. Key specifications include:

  • Maximum output power: 350 kW
  • Maximum output current: 650 A RMS
  • Power density increased by 2.5×

These systems are adaptable for medium-to-large electric buses, intercity electric coaches, large electric trucks, and construction machinery.

In 2025, TECO launch the high-speed hairpin motor for E-Axle , offering optimized design to meet the speed and climbing torque requirements of high-speed vehicles.

T Power Plus DD series

T Power Plus DD series is specifically designed for electric buses and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Its modular platform offers flexible configurations with multiple power outputs, including 200 kW, 235 kW, and 350 kW. By adopting a unified mechanical, it simplifies vehicle integration, upgrades, and mass production—delivering a more efficient and reliable electrification solution.​

T Power Pro E-Axle

The next-gen E-Axle features a highly integrated design that combines a hairpin motor with the axle housing. This enables high torque output within limited space, meeting the power requirements of 6 to 8 meter mid-size buses or commercial vehicles under 11 tons. Its compact design allows for more flexible chassis layouts and reduces the complexity of overall vehicle design.​
